We have been blessed to have the American Liberties Institute write “Points & Authorities” (or to put in laymens terms "Your Rights on the Streets"), a document explaining your free speech/freedom of assembly rights in front of Wal-Mart on November 24, 2006. Print out a copy and bring it with you!

Just a side note: There are two handouts per page (81/2 by 11); you will need to cut the page in half.
